Trisha Illana Nayanthara is the most sexist Tamil movie ever. Basically the title is depicting if you can’t have the first girl get another. “Why do boys of our generation face so much problems because of girls”, “the curse of virgin boys will not spare you girls” …… these are just a couple to the translated quotes from the movie. All these boys running to watch this movie leave the theater with such a corrupted idea of females. As if we are the reasons for their breakups and them becoming drunkards, as if we are the ones to blame when something doesn’t go their way. If Kollywood allows these types of movies to be directed and supported by others in the industry it puts females ten times more behind for what was built in the first place. It was just now where female kollywood stars are starring in movies where they are the main character while not being overly sexualized, movies such as Maya and Nayaki.
