okay i don’t know if y’all have noticed but katrina’s eyes have a very distinct shape; if you stare closely enough (don’t stare too long because i swear you’ll get hypnotized), but basically the insides of her eyes kind of point downwards and have an angle to them - and I don’t think I’ve quite seen anything like it. maybe the reason why minimal eye makeup works amazing on her is because her eye shape isn’t exactly what i’m used to seeing (at least).
she has this beauty spot under her left eye and have any of you heard the superstition/ saying that having a beauty spot on your face means you’re really beautiful (which ofc we all are but it is an old saying in south asia).
her eyebrows are definitely NOT on fleek but they still work, I think they’re soft enough - so when you look at this picture, you don’t immediately look at her eyebrows but are drawn to her eyes. in a world where eyebrows are literally worshipped, it’s nice to see that katrina has average eyebrows that are not overly plucked, threaded or drawn. they’re not a disaster, but i’d say they were average.
also her nose is quite sharp as in - she probably doesn’t even need contouring to fix it.
but also have you ever noticed how katrina almost always has a “woken up from bed omg i look so gorgeous even when its morning” scene in almost all of her movies??? probably because she’s just naturally so mash’allah - i’m speechless. sometimes i get mad at her stylist because they don’t experiment enough on her - she’s always given this naturally beautiful/ minimal makeup look, but it’s probably because it looks best on her.
